It is required to have experience in pedaling several continuous hours on a bicycle on different terrains, dirt, mud, sand and stones, ups and downs. Although the pedaling rhythm is not intense, the continuous pedaling and the irregularity of the terrain are quite tiring.

EQUIPAMIENTO

29' MTB bicycle with aluminum frame, front suspension and hydraulic brakes. Shimano equipment with 24 speeds or higher. Rigid helmet (mandatory), Caramañola, 7LBT T-shirt, repair kit and reflective bib (mandatory).

ASISTENCIA

A team of Mountain Bike guides, an assistant, a bicycle mechanic and fully equipped vehicle support will permanently assist the excursion. The support team will be permanently in communication with the guides, to overcome mechanical or first aid problems that may occur.

PREPARACIÓN PREVIA

Group data collection and diagnosis of the excursion profile. Logistics and reservation tasks.

MENÚ

We take care of all the food during the journey. A cook is part of the team that travels with us.

TRASLADO DE EQUIPAJE

The luggage travels in the support vehicle, being available throughout the day.
